I passed the 350-001 yesterday which is the CCIE RS v4 written exam.
I used the following materials to study for the exam:
- CCIE RS certification guide
- CCIE RS quick reference
- Cisco configuration guides
- Cisco support forums doc on EEM
- Boson Exam Environment
The test was a bit harder than I expected it to be. Some content was very
good, real life situations that you could run into. Some conetent I felt was
more of the memorization/trivia style which I don’t think should be there or
at least very few questions of that type.
A pass is a pass, now on to new adventures. I will be reading The Art of Network
Architecture by Russ White and Denise Donohue and try to pick up some Python.
CCIE recertified for another 2 years
Hey Daniel.Thought you were studying another CCIE track.I also start learning python two months ago, using “learnpythonthehardway”.
Don’t have the time for another track but might do some design studying (CCDE) and Python as well.
Do you find Python easy to learn?
Cant’s say it is easy or not, now.Since I’ve just grasped the basic of Python, its hard to tell how tough the learning will be.
