I’ve added some MPLS and MPLS VPN’s to the flash cards. The flash cards are covering a pretty wide base by now and I have finished the vol1 labs from INE (not all of them) and as I go through vol2 I will add more content to the flash cards. If you have feedback please post a comment. You can find the file here.

Im a Anki convert too and using it for my CCIE written studies, its a great learning tool and keeps the broad range of topics firmly in the accessible part of my brain.

Oh yeah, Ive downloaded your Q’s and will use them later when I get around to the LAB stuff 😉

Thanks very much for the cards, they are useful.
Now that you are into full lab configuration you could create mini scenarios for what you are learning configuration wise and that would cover,at the end, quite a lot of what you will need for the exam, but in a concise way.One of the most difficult task I think is to reduce this exam into human proportions 🙂
All the best and thanks again !

      Hi,

Thanks for your kind words. Yes it is very difficult to cover so many topics and still be an expert in them all. I will try to add some scenarios later on. How far into your studies are you?

I have finished the CCNP and I am following
the study plan advised by INE like you.
Done the Vol 1 and I finished Lab 1.
I use GNS3,but a maximum of 10 Rs on my machine and graded labs.I use Graded labs
for SW IGP including BGP,for the other things like services,IPV6 etc not many Rs are needed so I recreate the mini scenario in GNS3 since those have minimal dependencies.I save lab time and I can repeat those as many times as I like. This has been OK for the first lab will see the other ones.

Cool, we are pretty much neck to neck in our studies. I have also done vol2 lab1. Have been doing some more OSPF to really get a grasp on it. I will start with vol2 lab2 on sunday. Let me know if you need any help with Dynamips, I’ve been playing around with it a lot but mostly doing graded labs now since I ran into some issues and running Dynamips you spend a lot of time troubleshooting it instead of real issues but for smaller labs it works well of course.
